Grading for Displays (LCDs/OLEDs)

Nexus Cellular is proud to offer its various grading options for displays. We have 5 different types of original displays and 3 different types of aftermarket displays based on the price of the product. For Apple displays, we have added the specifications related to the grading in the product description itself. The table below shows the specifications of grading for all the other non-Apple displays.

Specifications

Genuine OEM / Service Pack

These are brand new original parts sourced directly from the manufacturer. All the parts adhere to original manufacturer specifications, as recorded on the actual device. We currently offer this for Samsung, Huawei, Google Pixel, and LG displays only.

Premium

These are refurbished (glass - only changed) parts reclaimed from original devices. All the parts adhere to original manufacturer specifications. Brightness levels may vary depending on the quality of the glass used to refurbish. However, the amount of emitted light is designed to be as close to OEM as possible.

OEM Pulled A

These are original, gently used, non-refurbished displays with minimal wear reclaimed from devices. All original manufacturer specifications are applicable.

OEM Pulled B

These are original, non-refurbished parts that are mildly used and have fewer cosmetic issues with them. All original manufacturer specifications are applicable.

OEM Pulled C

These are original, non-refurbished parts that are moderately used and have plenty of cosmetic issues with them. All original manufacturer specifications are applicable.

Dynamic

These are high-grade aftermarket parts that are designed to closely match OEM performance. These displays are fabricated utilizing a blend of conventional and original materials, to appear and function as effectively as an OEM. They are incredibly competitive to the OEM parts.

Plus

These are medium-grade aftermarket parts. They are designed as a mixture of both high and low-quality aftermarket materials to reduce costs and best suit the end-customers needs.

Value

These are aftermarket parts that have been designed with cost & basic functions in mind. This grade serves the purpose with minimum quality constraints and uses new Tianma LCD and ESR China manufactured backlight.

Aftermarket

These aftermarket parts have been specifically crafted with a focus on cost and essential functionalities. While maintaining stringent quality standards, they offer a more budget-friendly alternative compared to the typical Value grade, providing customers with additional choices for affordable options.
